Return & Exchange Policy

We want to ensure that you get the right item for you, whether it be down to fit or seeing the item once it has arrived please do not worry. With your order you will receive a returns form which you need to fill out and send back with your order, if you do not have this just pop us an email jacintha@warrenallenltd.com and we will attach a returns form for you. Please don't send anything back without your details included within the package as we will not have any idea who its from. You can buy with confidence knowing that if you are unhappy with the garment in any way we will refund or exchange the item as long as it is returned unworn / undamaged and with original tags within our 14 day period returns period.

Please allow 14 working days for exchanges and refunds.

Faulty items

If you believe an item is faulty, please contact us at jacintha@warrenallenltd.com and we'll get that replaced for you or we can issue a credit note. We do not offer refunds on faulty goods that have been worn.

Wrong item

In the unlikely event, the item you received is not what you originally ordered please contact customer services, we will then advise on how to proceed with the return. We will cover postage costs for our error.
